anyone else noticed these trails in their town? I live in a big city and notice these trails on a nice clear sky before the weather started to act up again, and also people getting sick. these trails had no purpose just crisscrossing like crazy. any info greatly appreciated , thanks

Contrails are formed by Condensation forming in the heat trail of a jet aircraft traveling high in the sky...where the air is cold!
What you are seeing is commercial aircraft cruising at 30,000 feet! You see more of them this time of year because the atmosphere is cooling off as winter approaches.

Is that rumor STILL going around? The TRAILS IN THE SKY are VAPOR TRAILS caused by commercial airlines flying at high altitudes. No one gets sick when a commercial airliner flies over.

Cold air aloft. That's primarily what causes contrails.
