I used to have dreams like somebody pushing me under water & I felt like I was trying to get air & then I woke up.
Another one I had wasnt a dream it was like I was half sleep & I felt this heavy feeling came over me like but at the sametime I couldnt breathe & I couldnt feel my heart beating & when I kept trying to push myself up I felt paralyzed.

anytime you dream of drowning it signifies something in your life that is overwhelming....either a relationship, a job, a sickness or a task that hasn't been taken care of.....

I and many others I talked experience such somewhere in life. It may be due to stress and if you believe in past life, it is related directly or indirectly with past life incidences sometimes. Meditation helped me a lot. Changing direction of your head may be helpful, for example sleeping with head towards north may some times be very helpful.

You're burdened in life with oppression and your suffocating. This sounds like a panic attack brought on by anxiety. You should see a doctor because you mind is trying to tell you it's time to reach for a life perserver.

Well, this may not need interpreting. It very well could be you need to go to a hospital and let them watch you sleep as you may have sleep apnea. With this you can stop breathing while you are asleep. This could make you feel like you are drowning.

whats your question? If itsabout the meaning of those dreams, they could be expressing a lack of control over your life or feelings of being overwhelmed. Or they can just be random firings of neurons.
