Is there a way to save videos that you download from the web from real play as .wmv format or anything besides .flv that by default they save as..

i am trying to make a video in windows movie maker but it doesnt suppor this type.

if flv is the file type you can download....

save the file to the computer and then you can convert the file to a different format with a file converter.... winavi is one.


or you can try a codec pack so that you can play them in MP.

First you may want to famiarize yourself with the different formats, and how they are used.

Next you will need a means to change formats so you can view them. There are several that will require you to change them to be able to use them.

download blaze media pro, this software can covert flv to avi or avi to wmv and vice versa it also compresses viseos and mp3 i'd used for myself..try it
