he walks in on my and my boyfriend without knocking all the time, he goes threw my stuff, flips my bed over, breaks and steels things. i've tried putting things in my room that will scar him for life but he just thinks its funny and tells his friends. i have tried locks, yelling till im blue in the face, matury explaining this to my mom, imaturly explain this to my mom. nothing works im at a loss. what. do. i do? im on the border of insanity

Your brother sounds totally pathetic. Get your boyfriend to knock him senseless!
Also I really like the mouse trap idea! You may have to retaliate by breaking some of his stuff. Sounds immature but it would appear that its the only way to get through to him.
Hide something of his in your room and then when he next comes in break it in front of him and tell him that he needs to back off or else all his stuff will get broken!

Go live with your dad if you can.Also talk to your school counselor and your mom shouldnt be letting you and your b/f be together alone with the door closed anyway.I think your mother is more the problem than your brother.
Also, if your brother threatens you or is violent towards you, forget your mom, call 911 and have him locked up.

I am not one to normally say this but turn the pages on him start doing everything he does to you, to him. go threw his room with a fine tooth comb, if you find anything or everything. tell your parents. get some of his cd's or video games from his room and just "barrow" them for a couple of weeks, when he notices them missing just deny it. it will drive him insane and then just prove your point, be like well it doesnt feel so good now does it.

Look install a dead bolt lock on your door.Take out the entry lock and put in a dead bolt. He will have to rip the door off to get in.

Your brother is clearly VERY childish,If tellin you mom doesnt work, you should do something drastic. not sure what though.
Does your dad live with you, if not you should move out, live with your dad, or tell you mom that if she doesnt do something, its goodbye.
Its the only thing i can really think of to help you

one time my brother was going through my dresser drawer looking for what ever, ( he is 2 yrs younger then me,) I kept warning him to keep out, but nothing helped, so one day I got really tired of it and stuck a loaded mouse trap under my underwear, the next time he decided to go through my things again, SNAP, it got his fingers, it cured the problem .,:-)
