i have red marks on my neck that are itchy and i went to the doctor and he said its not contagious and it was a rash and he gave me a cream to put on my face.i put it on and my neck and it burned REALLY bad and i wiped it off but it was still burning then it started to go away and i haven't put on the medicine,for like a week and then it's not healing on its own.does anyone know any skin products that would help?

Long back I have rashes below my eyes (skin was peeling off with touch of water) and doctor prescribed me an ointment containing steroid hydro cortisone. It took care of the problem within few days. But guess what, as soon as I washed my face, it gave me lot of itching and problem persisted when discontinued and become ineffective. Doctor prescribed more strength of steroid cream but same as before. Finally after few months, I used herbal preparation and it took care within few days. We have used cream from www.srihealth.com for several purposes it works great. May be it can take care of your problem too.

If you are having a side effect like burning, call your doctor back and they can prescribe an alternative.

call your doctor and tell him the cream was burning you and ask what else you can do for the rash

you need to either go back to that doctor with your results so that he/she can give a better diagnosis, or get a second opinion. there is no way anyone can tell you what to do unless you disclose the name of your condition and the name of the cream you used. on top of that, who is a doctor here? will anyone give you the right answer?
