In 1940 at the request of Leo Szilard, a Hungarian physicist, Albert Einstein signed a letter (mostly written by Szilard) that briefly recounted the recent discoveries in nuclear physics that pointed the way to the potential development of a nuclear bomb. The letter went on to say that some of the leaders in this research were in Germany and that the US should embark on research as no doubt the Germans were. The result of this letter was to spur the US into the Manhattan Project which ultimately produced the Bomb. Einstein received no compensation for his efforts. The movement to create a Jewish state in Palestine was not fully developed until well after 1940.
It is known that Einstein was an avowed Zionist but he in no way was responsible for "running" people out of what was then British administered Palestine. Einstein was requested to become politically active in the new Jewish State but he refused.

That is bogus on so many levels I don't even know where to start.
- Albert Einstein was not directly involved in the Manhattan project. Also, even if he was, the Bomb was a result of a highly select team of scientists working very hard. Einstein did not "invent the Bomb" himself and offer it up for sale. He was a genius but no one is THAT good.
- Present day Israel was not in Lebanon nor is it in Lebanon
- British Mandate Palestine was just that, BRITISH, and not American
- People were not RUN out of the land. There was a war (started by other Arab nations) and many Arabs fled the area at the behest of their own leaders. (And many stayed too. Those that did, got Israeli citizenship.)
I highly suggest you read up on basic history of the State of Israel. You'll find out that the only thing it had to do with Einstein was that he was offered the honorary position of President (he declined).

1. Einstein had no role in the development of the bomb. The scientist in charge of the Manhattan Project was Robert Oppenheimer.
2. Most of the Jews who came into the British Palestinian Mandate immdiately after World War Two came from Central and Eastern Europe. They were the survivors of the Holocaust.
3. Your friend's dad needs to turn in his tin-foil hat. The frequencies he's listening to are affecting his brain.

No. The Zionist movement started around 1905. They BOUGHT land from the Ottoman owners in Damascus. The Palestinians are jealous because they are to stupid to create farms and industry themselves. The Jews defended themselves then just as they do now. I am not sure when the attacks began exactly but it was close to WWI.

its complete BS.
Lebanon has nothing to do with Israel, and Israel is today in what was until 1947 Palestine, prior to 1947 it was Jews known as Palestinians, but now Arabs have stolen that title too. Palestine included what is today Israel and JORDAN, so basically the Arabs (Muslims mostly) already have half of it, but being greedy they want it all. They Isreali's should have just bulldozed the lot of them into the med and be done with it, they are back in what is rightfuly theirs from before the religion was even founded islam has no right to anything in Isreal, that mosque in Jerusalem a back water until the jews turned it around, should be demolished.

No it is not true. Israel was actually carved out in the late 1800's early 1900's. British was working back then to accomplish this.

Actually, it was because of an agreement between the English government and a group of Zionists that helped the allied war effort during WW I (the war to end all wars).
