becuase women are a distraction to men...most decent men will do whatever it takes to prevent a woman from coming to harm, there for if one gets hurt, more will come running regardless of the danger to their own lives in order to help her...plus women are usually more emotionally sensitive than men, and killing people can take a much greater toll on a woman than a man...granted a woman can do just as well, if not better than some men, but for the most part they are just liabilities....plus, think of the publicity you would get if you have a dead female soldier versus a dead male soldier....and the whole idea about not best friends aunt was 7 months pregnant with her first kid when they finallly sent her back to the States to have her son..and they didnt keep her in the base, she was out on the front line with all the rest of the soldiers, instead of safely tucked away in the base or back in the States.

Simply because the military doesn't allow women in direct combat roles. Just ignore the comments about a woman's physiology doesn't allow it. The Soviets used women snipers in WW2, some had pretty impressive kill totals, but the casualty rate was really high.

They are not anymore but during world war two they were used because there fingers are more delicate and sensitive to the trigger but they could not take seeing people laying there injured, and men were more partial to taking care of the women when they were shot there for one women goes down three guys run over and get takin out as well

In theory, good idea. UK snipers work in pairs (one mainly spotter).
Maybe it is a problem with women's hips different to mens? Crawling backwards etc.
Snipers have a high casualty rate. Party because their surrender is rarely accepted. Maybe that's it?

because women arent allowed to do jobs that involve them being in the front line. the funny thing is i asked my husband the same question the other day.

the average woman is physically inferior to the average man and that's exactly what counts in the end.
additionaly dead female soldiers are way worse publicity then dead male soldiers.
