Don't be materialistic - you mention money first. That is NOT the key to a great relationship.
If he has got everything he has probably got a wife or girlfriend, too.

Just be your self, that is what most middle age men are turned on by, they like a woman who can act natural, dress like a lady, don't dress to sexy, just a hint of sexiness is fine, a middle age man likes to have an imagination of what is under all that clothing, but watch out, don't dress like a old grandmother either, that is a total turn off. I also have noticed that a middle age man prefers a woman that doesn't over do the makeup either, no one likes a clownish face., to put it in a nut shell, act natural, look fresh, and be witty.

you don't. He'll only be caught, as you put it, where, when and if he's meant to be. If he's not interested it's because he's already had his share of women, might not even be a thrill for him anymore, do you know what an "a sexual" person is, because if he is, he will not appreciate you even trying, if you've never seen him with another in that way, then have respect, it could be his choice. For all you know he is, what he is and has what he's got, because he has no woman. Everyone does not need what you need to complete their lives.
