As far as I know Satan rebelled against God together with 1/3 of the angels in heaven. (1/3 or something not sure)
Satan was cast to earth as a serpent.
I got two questions for you.
Where the heck is Satan right now? In hell or crawling around as a snake at the amazons?
What happened to the rest of the rebelling angels?
Where they too punished or cast into serpents?

Satan, right now, is walking about the earth, seeking those he can gobble down whole (that's what "devour" means, according to Dr. Kenneth Wuest). The first letter of Peter, chapter 5 and verse 8 will tell you that. (or, I Peter 5:8)
Second, the angels who followed him in the rebellion had different fates. Some, according to Revelation 9, are being held in the "bottomless pit", while others, according to Revelation 16:12-14, will come to torment men at a later time. But no matter what, all of them--Satan himself, and ALL the fallen angels--will spend eternity in the lake of fire (Matthew 25:41, Revelation 20:10, e.g.)
No, Satan isn't crawling around like any kind of snake at this time, and he sure isn't in hell right now either. That day will come. And I hope none of us reading this will ever go there. I mean, it's bad enough on this earth, so could you imagine forever with only Satan, the demons, etc., and you won't get any help or deliverance from God?? Ugghh--thank God for salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord!

Satan and the fallen angels are roaming free throughout the earth and outer space. They are wreaking havoc on the world and are totally against all humans. They are the reason behind much of the killings and wars. It seems they have the most influence in the middle east (Iraq, Iran, etc.)
They are not in hell. Satan is the main reason why the world is in such bad shape. The bible says he will be imprisoned for 1000 years after Jesus returns to earth and there will be peace throughout the whole world for the entire thousand years until he is released one last time.

I HAVE TWO QUESTIONS TO YOUR QUESTION:
One, is the word " his angels" mentioned in Rev 12: 9 literally means "angels" or was it wrongly interpreted ? Could it also be translated as "his messengers" ; his sent ones, that is Satan's agents and followers' ?
Secondly, the word, " heaven" . Does it refers to a "Dimension" or a "sphere" In other words, "heaven' is not in altitude, height, wideth and length but in an unseen spiritual sphere of reality - the spiritual sphere - a parallel world here on earth ? Heaven is existing side by side on Earth as an Unseen Spiritual Realm ?
Ponder on this
Satan is a created being , more subtle than the beasts of the field and not created as an angel. No where did Scripture mentioned Satan as an Angel. Angel were all created to worship and serves God and the Sons of God are are very clearly stated in Scriptures.
Check it out and don't go by men's conjecture of Satan being an fallen arch angel please?

Satan is not a literal serpent. He is called the original serpent or dragon because the employed as a means to fool eve this animal. (Rev 12:9)
He and the demons have been ousted from heaven and now reside on earth and its vicinity. Present world conditions should be adequate proof of his presence.

Satan is on Earth and in hell, like God is in heaven and on Earth. The fallen angels are demons, who are like the angels are to God, only to Satan.

Very interesting question. You are correct for the most part. Satan was cast to earth but did not recieve a body of any kind. He is a spirit capable of possesing a willing body but never will he recieve one.
He is here among us along with his 1/3, tempting us. Their only goal is "that man might be as miserable as himself"

Their punishment hasn't come yet. That happens at the end of time. Some have been bound until that time.
They are called the Sons of God, they took women and defiled their spiritual bodies, God became angry and sent the flood after the people they brought into the world because they were evil…only Noah and his family were saved.

satan and his rebelling angels are working overtime to gain as many souls as he can decieve. So many don't understand just how cunning he can be to keep you blinded and in the dark to the truth.
