It's call seasonally depression. from beening shut in and yhere those two holiday that has family time. If you get some good books and lors of movie. and bundle up and go foe a wa;l. sip some hot choclate with someone are maybe clean your living room and dances, or have a indoor pinic. make yourself a list of things you want to do. go and eat someplaces you want to go , go to a bed and spar places, dream big all year round. talk to others stay busy .that the key
