yes it only happens with the ones who have a strong connection, other than that its just staring LOL.:)

Well... how about an elderly questioning a person and saying look me in the eye. It's always a respect and honest action as well.

other times too, if they think you are attractive, alot of the time when my eyes lock with someone in a certain way, i feel a connection of some sort, its cool.

Something must've caught that persons interest that keeps them looking. Usually because you like the person you'd do that.

sometimes I catch people staring at my eyes and it's not because they like me..they just think my eyes are pretty..and I know I've done that to people before too; stare at their pretty eyes
in my opinion you don't have to like the person

its an amazing rush when you lock eyes. when someone looks at you. don't look away, if their is chemstry, wow!! it will happen again. and yes it can happen with more than one person.
that's the tough part.

well that happens to me alot but every time a ask a guy why he keeps staring at me he's like "u just have amazing eyes and i think thats really sweet but idk if hes telling the truth
