If you have been with the one guy so long and someone else could catch your attention it must mean that the long term one was doing something wrong. If he wasnt there never would have been a chance for anyone to ever enter the picture. I'm not sayin you should choose either, just figure out why neither of them is good enough to be your everything. Maybe you'll come up with an answer, or maybe you'll be alone. Make a list of goods and bads for both- then compare. MAKE SURE YOU DESTROY THE LIST AFTER YOUR DONE> NO EVIDENCE LEFT BEHIND. Good luck!

i say choose the one you have known since you were 12 obviously you two enjoy each other's company or you would have went seperate ways a long time ago. I would also suggest you watching Love & Basketball you can learn a lot from it....It answers some of the same things you are dealing with now.:*)

I don`t understand why you think you have to choose. Why not keep both of them. Sooner or later one of them will leave any way. Chances are the one who leaves will be the one you wanted to stay. Right now you don`t have a problem. Hang in there.

Picture your life with out one and then the other. Which loss would be greater? Choose from that. Also choose from the way they treat you (at their worst)...see who's better to you at their worst. Most of all, pay more attention to your heart. If you believe in destiny/monagomy, your heart wants one more than the other.

You offer little / no information about these guys, except how long you have known them. You better choose the one who treats you with respect and dignity, someone you have fun with and enjoy doing things with, the one who makes you feel LOVED.

I would choose the one that I could see growing old with. Would I still want him if he were feeble and old? Would he still want me with grey hair and wrinkles? Ask them if they would take care of you if you couldn't take care of yourself.
Which one knows and respects you and your family the best? Is he the one you can't see living without? Good luck!
