I always see girls going for guys that lie to them. You know, the guys that fake interest in everything they have to say. Then I see the same girls blow off honest guys (not NICE GUYS, nice guys are trying to use that to get laid, I'm talking about honest guys who aren't just about sex) or simply stare at them from a distance. I've been told honest guys are intimidating. Seriously what's up with this.

I want to clarify that I don't like nice guys anymore than I like jerks. Nice guys are trying the same thing jerks are; they just have a different approach. I'm talking about HONEST GUYS, maybe you would call us a kind person. We know when to care and when not too. We're not fighters, but will still mess you up if we have to, that kind of thing. I'm talking about real people here. Are girls like that just hard to find.

I doubt that any female goes into a relationship WANTING to be lied to. By the time she finds out she is being lied to, she is probably too involved to easily remove herself from the situation.
Most females would love to have an honest guy, as long as he's not so honest that he's going to hurt her feelings.

well it depends on the age. some girls are not mature enough to consider the guys feelings. but a lot, if not most, girls end up growing up looking for the "right" guy whatever suites them best and they are always talking about how they want a guy who is "honest". some girls who are like this also cannot make up their mind. they want them at the beginning and then decided that they want something else. they are so many explanations. you just have to try to look at it from an overall point of view.

Several reasons: They like to play games. If the girl reciprocates, they do too. They also Do not respect genuine feelings.They never learned how to face the music! They are absolutely " Ditch" material. You live ,you learn...Honest guys don't intimidate . Honest guys are not looking for a lay. That is up to the girl. Ladies...Recognize the obvious and run with it.

no reason in particular but it could be the girl and not the guy most girls are interested in guys that don't like them for some reason and then the good honest guy gets turned down it isn't right but the honest guy is the guy that's going to get all the girls when the girl finally pulls her Head out of her ***.

Yes i do agree with Jake W, i always fail to know more girls because im too straight forward. As for those guys what like to lie they always end up with lots of girls around. some girls will say that is just the first impression tha count and make them attracted. why??? does all this means lier will be the front winner...

some girls go for guys who lie to them because its what they want to hear. Girls have this image of the perfect boyfriend who says all the right things, does all the right things, and takes her on all the perfect dates (trust me, i know!) and when they find a guy that thinks that they're hot and talks to them all interested when they're really not, or gives them compliments they don't deserve, they latch on and think everything is right.
But, sometimes girls can tell that the guys are faking. lying to them. so, they get all mad, cry about it to their friends, and get over him.

we want someone that will be aggressive (in the assertive way) b/c it's a huge turn on but sometimes girls mistake the good type of aggressiveness for abusiveness and end up in a bad situation. the nice guys sometimes come off as the type would let the woman have her way all the time and that's just not what we want.

Look I totally understand how girls are cause i m 1 and we like guys who are honest but cool at the same time like not afraid to do something crazy to get our attention.

Good guys are predictable. So many just go with the excitement of a bad one. Anyway, the girl is probably too into that other guy to even know he's lying.

I've already figured this out and I've come to a pretty good conclusion.
Girls dont want the good guy cause they feel that they cant live up to him and that he could just as easily get someone better than them. They in fact are so insecure about this that they wont date anyone who they know they cant do better than.
