my daughter its driving my ex-girfriend insane saying that she its going to leave and do whatever she wants after she turns 18 i have a great relationship with her and i wanna have a reasonable talk with her and help her to understand that her 18th birthday its not a license to run away but to become a responsable adult please help.

Actually, she's right. At 18, she can leave home if she wants, smoke, go to clubs, go to college, vote, buy her own apartment...... Not a lot you can do about it. Just sit down and talk to her. No need for pamphlets. Just use some common sense, no non-sense communication! You've raised her the best that you can. All you can do now is trust her to make the right decisions.

At 18 she can move where she wants, smoke, come and go as she pleases, own a house, etc. She has every right as you do except she cant drink. It would probably be easier with parents help, but you cant really stop her.

Panflet? It's pamphlet.
If you are really a parent (which is a bit questionable given your previous question and answer history), you will be able to handle this without the help of a pamphlet.
