Not long, Jenni. A week or two I think. It may be longer now because of the holidays.

Did you fill it out at the store? When I applied, I got a "temporary" card that I could use, AND a discount for that day. Remember, they WANT you to shop. If you didn't get one, go to the office with whatever paperwork they gave you when you applied and ask.

You will get the credit card instantly, as soon as you are approved, if you apply at the store at one of the registers. The salesperson will give you a slip of paper that prints like a receipt from the register, and it will have your account number and the bar code on it, and you can use it in place of your Macy's credit card until your regular card comes in the mail.

After you fill out the application they should have been able to tell you if you were accepted or declined. If you were accepted you should get your card in 4 to 6 weeks. Good Luck!

Depends. If you filled out the information and got approved at the store, they should have given you something you can use until you get the card by mail.

I don't think it takes over two weeks. Your credit checks have to be done. Then they will give you a line of credit. Use it wisely.
