Oh gosh, definitelly epicurious.com. Although other sites may have really good recipes, epicurious has a really strong community, which provides strong reviews of the recipes. Even if a recipe itself isn't that good, the reviewers will usually whip the recipe into shape.

Fantastic reviewer section. I haven't gone wrong yet and I've been using it for 4 + years.

foodnetwork.com especially the demonstrations and you can find any recipe for any show that you have seen and even recipes for some restaurants!
