I dreamed about my grandmother who passed away a month ago, she called me like old times and we talked for hours about the family. When I told the rest of the family they told me I was crazy, and then I looked on the caller ID and it said one recieved call from heaven, whats up with that?

This tends to be people's reaction when you talk about things like this. It doesn't sound as crazy 'til you say it. If you had a conversation with her, there's probabably not much more to the dream than was in the conversation. You're lucky you got to talk to her. She's probably your spirit guide, and you will probably be able to connect with her in the future.

Do you mean the caller ID in real life or in the dream?
Anyway, you miss her! Her spirit is using your dreams to tell you she misses the family which is why you talk to her about them!
