If your parents do not have it the church keeps records. Write or go to the church where U were christened. They can give U a copy. There may be a fee or donation required. My mon needed hers to prove how old she was because she was born at home (1908) & had no birth certificate.

I'm not familiar with the Uniting church; however, I would think that you could contact the church in question to ask them to send verification of your christening.
