Even as a Pagan, I'd say no.

Pagans often have an earth-based spirituality and are nature-loving, but the people I know who are actually doing environmental work are from a very broad spectrum of religions; Buddhists, atheists, agnostics, Christians, Pagans, Jews... all kinds.

In some circles, I would say this is pretty accurate, but it is mainly a western subculture. Its got a long way to go to compete with the major religions of the world.
