Give her a few hints that you like her.
Flirt with her....you should be able to tell by the sound of her voice if she's serious when flirting back.

You could go with the obvious & just ask her straight out if she likes you the same way that you like her.

She made it clear to you that she is in a long term relationship. She probably only thinks of you as a friend, and she hasn't made any moves to be more than a friend to you. I would NOT go to see her if I were you, you will most likely end up bitterly disappointed. I think you should let her know that she is welcome to stay with you if she comes over again, but remember that overseas travel is expensive and could stop both of you seeing each other. I would forget any chance of having a romantic relationship with her. There are way too many things that will prevent it from happening without causing a lot of pain on both sides.

Russia, alright, let me be perfectly clear, if you talk to her and deciede to get together make ABSOLUTELY sure she's serious before going over to another country to be with a chick, nothing sucks worse than having your heart broken in an unfamiliar place. If she comes to the US, freakin sweet. Bonus

But if she lives in Russia and has a boyfriend of 3 years, why are you even bothering?? Keep her as your friend, for sure, but to think or go even further would be fruitless I think.... Perhaps put your efforts and time into meeting someone else closer to you!!!

If she has a boyfriend you should probably let her go, even more so when she is all the way in Russia.

If she is seeing someone then there isn't anything you can do right now. While it's romantic to tell her how you feel, if she's happy with her boyfriend, you ruin the chance of ruining your friendship with her.

When she ends her relationship with her boyfriend, I think you should go for it.

Good luck.

If she still has that boyfriend than I wouldn't expect to get far with her on a romantic basis, but you should go for a friendly visit if you really want to see her.Otherwise wait.

You really need to put it out in the open with something going on so far away you need to be open about things in my opinion. Who knows maybe she feels the same way!

Just enjoy the long distance friendship for now and write or say whatever you're feeling. If she feels the same, she'll say so and then you can make arrangements to meet and talk about the future.

KEYWORDS: HAS A BOYFRIEND IN RUSSIA, AND DATTING FOR 3 YEARS!!!!

uhh dear, you need to find another
girl, because she already has a man,
and she probably thinks of you as a
brother or a best friend.

Don't make her feel guilty if you
decide to talk to her about it.
:/
