well i bought my glasses like 2 weeks ago and last saturday, i decided to fix them myself since they were crooked so what i did was unscrewed both sides of the glasses and i could put them back and i figured they were almost impossible to put back and i called them and they said they couldnt put them back but they could replace the frames with a different color

but first they had to contact the manager which is tomorrow to see if i have to pay for glasses that aren't damaged but taken apart.

do you think the manager will let me replace them?

If they were able to get them together initially, and you didn't break anything when dismantling, why can't they be put back together? I presume these are wire frames with small screws that clamp the lenses in place. Make certian the lens is properly seated in the grove of the frame all the way around. Make certian the two lenses haven't gotten interchanged (L/R). You might need an additional person to force the little tab that has the screw hole into position (lined up with the threaded part) while you get the miniscule little screws started.

If it is the spring-loaded type hinges you took apart and the little loop of the springy part has retracted too far into it's housing so that the hole won't line up with the other half of the hinge anymore, try this (it works most of the time). Slip the end of a paper clip through the little hole in the spring-loaded part of the hinge use this a "handle" to pull it out far enough that you can grab behind the loop with needle nose pliers and hold it firm so it can't snap back into the housing. Now line it up with the other part of the hinge and get the screw started. Sometimes it helps to have a second person assist.

probally not you know how snobbish some people in this world can be and he/she has to make a "profit" and since you took them apart and they werent smashed or broken it is tecnally your fault
