I can't stand pimentos either! What are those things anyway?
They are bitter little nasties.
I would have to say liver and onions.

I'd like to say olives. But I always forget that I don't like them and think 'oo, they look nice. Now do I like them? I can't remember. Let's give it a go!' and end up feeling more than a little bit green. Blergh.

Coconut, reminds me of parafin, not that I've eaten parafin. Coconut itself gags me.
The pimentos are mostly for color. I don't think they have much taste either although I do use them in recipes. If I have the fresh, I prefer them over the cooked ones.
