Nosy implies that we weren't supposed to be paying attention to something happening around us. This action is better categorized as curiosity in my opinion.
That said, I looked because it was there and I could not determine if I could offer a helpful comment without looking further.

YES. I eavesdrop. I am voyeuristic (not the dirty kind), I get as quiet as possible when lines get crossed (you know like on your cell and you hear some one elses convo).
I ask uncomfortable questions. I want to know the latest gossip (my co-workers thought I was gay at one point because of this). I like to catch people doing things they should not be.
I am curious about details of peoples lives I should not be.
Does that sum it up enough?
