Sorry confusion over posting.... anyway Vista + Sony DCR-HC37 (ok shouldn't be in scanner section) plus lost install CD.

Usually..all drivers/software will be available on the manufactures's site. Else, you can try searching for them on Google...u mite find a 3rd party offering these drivers/software.If its an HP...u can also order for a CD (if its in warranty)

Im guessing its a scanner problem, just google the make of the laptop and theyl have drivers on the website
