i like this guy and HE told me that he likes me but he never asked me out...what should i do??

since a lot of you are telling me to ask HIM out...what should i say yo him?

Hmm sounds like he has some self esteem issues. He probably wishes you would take the initiative and ask him out. That doesn't necessarily mean you should though. You are a beautiful girl and you deserve a man who is confident enough to take a chance with you. You deserve a man that thinks you are worth the risk of rejection.
Just send him some very clear signs that you are still interested and then see what he does. If you get nothing, maybe let him see you sending other guys the same clear signs. If that isn't enough to get him to ask you out, you should probably forget it :P

Yeah, ask him, but you have the right to be irritated, so be yourself and ask,
"Are you ever going to ask me out?"
You're probably too young yet to understand what your job is as a girl. Girls need to teach guys about the emotional end of things. They get their training while in their teens and girls are the teachers.
Quit being a lazy teacher and step up to the plate and ask the guy what is his problem. He doesn't know he has one, but make it clear to him he does.
He either doesn't like you and he is lying to you, or he likes you and is too much of a chicken to ask you out. Let him know that you are looking for a guy that will grow up to be a real man. And in your kindest of kindest words tell him to put-up or shut-up.
You know when they say girls mature faster than guys? Well, this is what they are talking about.

just ask him out ! if he told you he likes you then he should say yes or he might not be ready for a relationship. some guys are really shy even after telling you they like you.

If he hasn't already asked you out he either is very shy or has a girlfriend, you should probaly wait it out but if you get anxious go for it and ask him out he already said he liked you =)

He probably told u b/c he is too scared to ask u out. My boyfriend did that. Just ask him yourself. guys get scared to ask girls out just like girls get scared asking guys. Good luck!

its just as hard for them as it is for us.

he might be afraid to ask u out... because if u didn't tell him u liked him back... then we might be worried about going out with u
talk to him about it
the important thing is that he likes you.. so u just have to show him u like him back just as much
