I was going to say not wrong but strange until you added to it.
If they never knew each other I see nothing wrong with it though some might still think it was strange.
They didn't grow up together, never knew each other in the sense of brother and sister so they are two people whose parents happen to be married. (Really no different than if the parents met after and they had met first.)

I wouldn't be so accepting about it.... though hypothetically speaking, they're not blood related, so it wouldn't be as bad as a blood bro and sis hooking up.... Ah I did mis read it, thought you meant different children adopted from the same family.... it's kinda weird and somewhat wrong, I saw that on 20/20 when the brother and sister fell in love with each other when they finally met each other, kinda weird and some might say its just some emotional lust that is causing the want for one another... now I think it's wrong...

This question is very broad and everyone seems to be understanding it differently.
The way I read it they ARE blood brother and sister adopted by separate families and have no idea the other exists.
If that is the case I personally do not think it is wrong but there could be problems if they would want a child.

in many states it is against the law, but I see nothing wrong with it provided there is no blood relation involved. It wasn't their choice to be adopted, it was the parents, and love just happens.
well with your new info u just posted, there can be issues with having kids, and even though they didn't know it is still a form of incest.but if there was no blood as I said before I see no issues, but the law may, depending the state u live in.

Yes it would be wrong since there would be a great deal of potential that their children would have serious birth defects.

That was not a problem with the children of Adam and Eve who married each other.

If there is no blood relation, then one may assume that there is not a greater risk of birth defects in children related to inter -family reproduction.

No it wouldnt be wrong. They do not have the same blood or physical make ups. They can have children . They will not have the same illnesses.

Yes . I would think my adopted daughter had lost her mind if she had an idea like that, I would also think that I had better keep a closer eye on them because if things like that are going through their head they are getting just a little bit to chummy.

I don't think it's wrong if they don't know of each other. I married my kissi cousin and we didn't know about it till after we were married.
