How often should you change your contact lense solution in your contact case. Everyday? Once a week? Once a month? When it looks really disgusting? It doesn't better? Never? etc.?

Every time I take my lenses out of the case, I dump the old, rinse with water, then rinse with solution and air dry. When I put my lenses in the case, I always rinse out the case again and fill with fresh solution.

Every time you take your lenses out, place them in clean solution. Otherwise, you're gonna get eye infections like you wouldn't believe!
