Flip the mirror lever on the base (or top on some models) so you see the lights much dimmer than they are. Or you can tilt mirror down so do lights hit you.

Having driven tractor/trailers for a lot of years, I can relate to your question all too well.... I found a little trick that works for me...
Lean forward in the seat and slow down a couple mph until they pass you. By leaning forward, you are out of the path of the bright lights in the mirrors and can still see to drive. The 2-3 mph you slow down will cause them to wake up and pass you.
Nothing worse than driving blind....
Good luck and I hope this helps....

My current mirror has a feature that takes care of that problem. What I used to do was tilt it down slightly to prevent the glare. I would not recommend slowing down or doing anything else to annoy another driver. Too many nut cases out there.

I trust each and every thing you mentioned, valid factors. i think of what ESPN potential is, Kobe and MJ want to are very aggressive, extra so than maximum NBA gamers (which I do think of is real). while Dirk did no longer make the playoffs this twelve months, it looked as though he merely sort of shrugged it off, and used the "there is often next twelve months" mentality. Kobe fought and scratched and clawed till his team grow that facilitates you to be interior the playoffs. Switching his score first mentality to pass and rebound mentality ( examine out the numbers and you will see he has handed extra this twelve months than the different twelve months). Kobe might have on no account been happy with no longer making the playoffs, even though it looked as though dirk did no longer care this twelve months. and that i'm a great Maverick and Dirk fan, have been my entire existence. i'm assuming your over the age of 15 due on your know-how of the sport, so which you probably observed Jordan play. His will grow to be merely extra advantageous than the different participant interior the NBA, perhaps in activities era. He additionally performed with the flu, and via many injuries. although that's stressful I do think of Kobe and MJ's will to win and competitiveness is extra advantageous than maximum. perhaps no longer anyone, yet maximum.

That is very annoying and I hate it. I usually try to slow down and let them pass or I find someplace to pull over to let them pass. Then I get kind of aggressive and drive behind them with my lights on high for a little while to let them know how it feels. I know, mbad.

it all depends on how close they are, and how bad you want them off your tail, slow down and let them by you, tap your brakes.... flash your high beams at oncoming traffic sometimes they will let the jerk know his are on bright,
more often than not, the "jerk" has no clue he is doing anything wrong

I have power side mirrors so i try and adjust the aim so it sends those headlights back in their stupid face. It works well as lights are brighter when reflected and condensed.
