1. Green bean casserole.
2. Candied yams (No marshmellows)
3. Cornbread Dressing
4. Rice Dressing (Dirty Rice)
5. Broc & Colliflower with cheese casserole.
6. Spinach & Artichoke Dip
7. Deviled Eggs
8.Cup Cakes

Let me know what would be best prepared Thanksgiving day and what can be reheated and still taste good. Thank you very much for any input. Have a Happy Safe Thanksgiving. Lisa

The rice dressing and the broccoli with cheese, I would make at the last minute - a day ahead at most -Rice breaks down over time, and if you can just assemble the other and then do the baking at last minute, it will be fine. As far as yams - fine. Cornbread dressing - be careful with the liquid portions, cuz it could get soggy, spinach and artichoke dip - perfectly fine - eggs - a day ahead at most - cup cakes should be fine!
Did I hit them all? lol!
Happy Holidays!

Cupcakes, spinach&artichoke dip, green bean casserole, and the broccoli&colliflower w/ cheese can be made ahead of time and reheated. The rest of the stuff you can also make 1-2 days before, but be sure to even it out 1-2 days or else you'll run yourslef ragged trying to get everything done in 1 day. Good luck!

Deviled eggs.
I am going to make the candied yams but not totally, just cook the yams and then put them in the fridge to be finished the next day.
Green bean casserole may be kind of mushy because of the french fried onions in there.
The dressing I would just put it together all but the wet ingredients. The dry ones don't have to be refrigerated.
Spinach and artichoke dip should be good refrigerated for a few days.
Cupcakes will be ok, too.

2 issues if i will get 'em. the 1st is the turkey liver. Ever because of the fact i will bear in concepts i are transforming into the turkey out of the freshly roasted chicken. i admire liver, nonetheless often fried or as liverwurst. however the sole liver i decide for roasted is turkey liver. And from a Thanksgiving or Christmas chicken it rather is a definite cope with. Sprinkle purely slightly salt on it and that is an exceedingly good thank you to commence the day (additionally an exceedingly easy breakfast pondering there isn't extraordinarily lots of it). the 2nd is my mom's giblet gravy. that is scrumptious and is going on just about each little thing. till final year for over two decades used to spend Thanksgiving with the nuclear relatives and there have been somewhat some individuals who asked approximately it. no depend if she'd be bringing it or not. individuals wanted it there for the mashed potato, stuffing, squash, turkey, very just about something. If some thing replaced right into slightly dry or without flavor on went the giblet gravy.

I'd say everything can be made ahead but the deviled eggs. If the dip is going to be a cold dip, then make that the night before because it always tastes better the next day. Everything else can be made the day ahead.

I'm not an expert. But i would think that cup cakes might be better fresh. Deviled egg seems to get better when they sit for a while ( making sure that they are kept in the refrigerator ). Hope you have a good time.
