You can FILE any crazy suit you feel like filing. Can you win? Not that one. All of the great apes are related, and had a common ancestor. The taxonomical designation "great apes" includes humans. You are human, so you ARE an ape. Me too! And, with exactly the same relevance as your statement "I'm blk", I'm wht!

If you are the ancestor to a monkey...you need to pass down firm words in your family for your grandchildren generations from now not to engage in bestiality with monkeys.

You can't sue your parents for being black and I can't sue mine for being white. It's an absurd notion before the monkeys even get involved.

i know what your saying. people have called blacks "porch monkey's" for years and then some claim that we've all came from apes and what not.

it can be racial and then there are the ones who don't understand where your coming from because their not black. i fully understand what your saying.

I've been called a porch monkey but yet...we all come from apes. *rolls eyes*

No, only if someone says you ARE a monkey. That's different. An ex-gf who was Japanese was called a "yellow monkey" in school and lots of kids got in trouble.

And way back, I'm African. DNA doesn't lie. We all are African. Hail Africa, giver of human life!

No, I don't see how being black relates to primates. You can't just file a lawsuit because someone insulted you, especially one based on racial discrimination. It didn't have anything to do with that.
