Tour parents tihnk? Ah...well...you can't do homework and have sex at the same time...and you obviously can't spell or type while you are doing him. Just a thought.

I guess because it means that you are not studying enough or don`t have enough time to do the work correctly. Why not enough time? Because you are doing something else during the time that you could be studying or doing homework or extra credit work or getting tutored in what you are having a problem with in school. And since you have a boyfriend and would probably rather spend time with him than with school work. It is only natural that anyone would think it is the boyfriends fault.

Many people believe sex before marriage is wrong, ut it doesnt matter what they think, its what you believe that matters. if you think that sex before marriage is wrong then don't do it until you feel marriage is the right path for you with this boyfriend, tell him your beliefs. if he chooses that he doesnt feel the same, dont do it just because you fear losing him. he is not worth it if he cant respect you. if you thinks it ok to have sex out side of marriage (which is what i personally believe) then you have to ask yourself if your ready to lose your virginity? it may be painful the first time you have sex, if there is lots of foreplay and he is gental the pain will not be bad. there may be a little blood as the heimen will break but this is natural. always use protection as you dont want to get pregnant or catch a disease or any kind. if you dont feel ready tell you boyfirend, if he doesn't want to wait, dont feel pressured into doing it. take things at your own pace, there are always more respectful men out there.

because in most cases young girls want to spend more time focused on a boyfriend then on their schoolwork, not saying that that is your case. I think parents judge things based on what they have seen. For instance, if a girl started out in school making straight A's the first semester, at the end of the first semester she meets Tommy, and all of a sudden her grades start dropping. The first thing a parent is going to think, "Is it because she is spending too much time worried about him?" Parents only want the best for their children, remember that. :)

Because most mothers remember what it was like to be a teenage girl, feeling like she was in love, with that "can't wait to see them again" feeling for a boy. When a teenage girl is in a relationship with a boy, she tends to be very focused on him. Watching the clock till she can see him or talk to him again. Counting the minutes till their next date, and so forth. When a teenage girl is focusing so much on a boy, they tend to not focus as much on school work, therefore their grades slip.

The same thing can happen with other things in their life as well. Cheerleading, sports, clubs, ect. Anything that takes alot of focus from a teenager, takes that focus away from their school work.

Well if you were doing well before this boyfriend came into your life then that is most likely the reason. They also notice the amount of time your spending with him and the time your not doing homework or studying.

You're the one sitting in class doing the work and studying, right? Then how could it be your boyfriend's fault?

I gotta side with you on this one; your parents are wrong: it's not you bf's fault. It's YOUR fault.

Becuz they think since u are spending all ur time with him u don't care to study or care about school. That he must be taking up all ur time. They see it as u rather be with him than care about doing school work.

Because it probably is his fault, directly or indirectly.
