When should I go home for thanksgiving from DC to Philly?

I'm either going to leave tonight or sometime tomorrow. Does anyone know from experience what time there would be the least amount of traffic?

Leave at about 4 am and instead of taking 95, take 50 over the Bay Bridge. At the 50 -301 split, stay to the left and follow 301. Follow the signs for 95 and you will come out at exit 4 in Delaware!

Take 95 to 495 (stay to the right) which goes around Wilmington, and comes back to merge with 95 just south of the PA line!
