They sell watering tubes that can be attached to the side of an aquarium. You can get them at Petco for $2.11.

I once made a hamster cage out of egg crates. All you really have to do is cut out the sides of the egg crates and put chicken wire up around the sides. You can stick as many crates as you want together by just simply wiring them together. Then all you have to do is take one of those hamster water bottles from the pet store and attach it to the chicken wire on the inside of the cage. My hamster cage worked great! It was really easy to clean to! Mine worked great!

You can buy a holder that works for aquariums. Some pet stores sell water bottles specifically designed for aquariums. They can cost less than $5.
I have 4 tanks of gerbils and use special water bottles for aquariums.

Get the normal water bottle for hamsters and use two sided tape and put it on one side of the bottle and the other on the tank, or velcro would work.

Walmart sells bottles&hangers made for tanks. they cost less than three $

id just tape it to the tank and keep ondoing it untill i can afford a wire cage good luck

Take them out of the lame tank and get them into a caged one. They will be much happier and healthier for a start :)
