Mosie, most prophetic dreams are given by God to warn them and protect them of impending dangers to come. Like you I am also seeing things in a dream which are now coming to pass involving a attack in the United States. Flood does not neccessarily mean a flood. But a flood is often symbolic of destructive forces unleashed and overturning and ruining everything in it's path.

Dream interpretation is a myth, just like mind reading.
