I found a good deal on rewritable blu-ray discs through Jvc, they can hold 25gb but Im not sure if i can write to them using my deck top PC. if not what do i need to use blu-ray rewritabl discs?

You need a Blu-Ray burner. It starts at about $500 - just google "blu-ray burner" for more info.

Your burner has to be able to write to BR-RW in addition to BR-R. Make sure the device in your PC is capable of both before buying the disks. Also, I'm wondering why the disk isn't closer to 50 meg? Are you sure it's not an HDDVD disk?
