ok, this is weird. lyke u know when u hear a beeping noise inside of ur ear (nothing is making the noise) and it's either on ur right or left ear? well what does it mean? my friend says that if it beeps on ur right ear it means somebody is talkin' bout' u in a good way, if it's from the left ear it means that someone is talkin' bad bout' u. i don't believe what she said (really, who would believe THAT?!). so what does it TRULY mean?

That is a very good question to which there are conflicting answers. In fact there are three possible answers:
1. In Scotland, for instance, right ear ringing means good things are being said about you. Left ear is bad.
2. I knew a girl from Ireland once and it was the other way about "Left for love, right for spite," I think she said.
3. Some people take the view that it is all complete bollocks.

Personally, I will swear by 1. but that's just my choice (and upbringing.

This is a symptom of a medical condition called Tinnitus. It's a very common inner ear condition which causes continuous beeping or ringing noise. Lots of people suffer from this, especially older people. It could also be gene related. Ask your parents or grandparents and see if they have the same issue. If they do, it's very likely that you will also. Good luck :)

It means you have Tinnitus. Most of the time, it is harmless and becomes more frequent as you become older. Bot it you have it frequently, or for long periods of time (for an hour or more) you should really see a doctor because it can be a symptom of somrthing more serious.

It may mean you have tinnitus, noises in you ears - http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/tinnitus.html

The condition doesn't have any meaning about people talking about you, one way or the other!

I think your ears are ringing. That's what happens when you expose them to loud noises.
