well someone else mentioned icing it to make it harder, then easier to pull off.
well that pretty much only works in hair, it will pull at his arm hair and it WILL hurt!
so what you should do since its on the skin, is ice it until its hard, THEN, rub peanut butter all around the area for 1-2 minutes!
this will loosen its grip of the skin and the hair on his arms, then since its already hard from the ice, it will most likely just slide off!

then have him bathe or shower, and rub it lightly with a poof/wet cloth.
good luck! hope i helped!

wanna make a bigger mess?jk I have used peanut butter, it dissolves the gum. Do it in the bath tub for easier clean up

I would try rubbing a lot of oil or Vaseline on it and if I couldn't remove it I would take him to the ER. Good Luck!

Vaseline, or try baby oil.

ER ??????????? GUMS NOT A LIFE
THREATENING EMERGENCY.

What you can't get off, put baby powder
on it and let it wear off.
He takes baths.

Ice might hurt his arm more
from the coldness.

Use and ice cube to freeze the gum. I used this method when my daughter got it in her hair. It makes it tougher so it doesn't stick as well. (you still have to pull it off though) hope this helps.
