what causes sties on the eye?

if you do get one though, wash your eye with some baby shampoo and then put a tiny slather of vaseline over it and it will come out and leave faster!

i used to have loads of them as a kid. you get them when you are run down and stressed.
you need to keep them clean and keep your own face towel etc
