When someone is sincere he does hear their prayers.
It is those who make long prayers thinking they will get a hearing because of their long prayers.
He knows someone who is doing it to get attention and someone seeking answers to important questions.
The father is drawing such like ones to serve him and the reason everyone doesn't see the truth is because maybe God doesn't draw that person to him.

God hears the prayers of everyone.
The passage you have is for the priests in Jesus time (and now) who only speak the words, but do not believe or care about the
meaning. They are more concerned with showing off how holy they are. They know
the scripture, but only care about how they are precieved by their fellow man.
God knows the hearts of man and that is how He can say He never knew them. They
did works for themselves not for the Lord.
In John 3:16 The only way to the Father is through the Son.
Jesus became man, suffered and died as a sacrifice to God the Father to save man from his sins. On the third day He rose from the dead. Later He asended into heaven and now sits at the right hand of God.
Accept this gift from Jesus and ask Him into your heart to be your personal saviour.
God will know your heart.

If you live the way Jesus said to live, and do according to the way Jesus said to do, in the reading and studying of Gods Holy Word, then you can rest assured that God will hear your prayers. Anything less, the only prayers God will hear is the confession of sins and the asking for forgiveness from a sinner.

Mat 7:19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Mat 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Mat 7:21 ¶ Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Um.. what bible do you use? I use the KJv and mine does not say what yours says.
Also read Isaiah 45:7 .. God made evil. here is a link to the KJv. www.blueletterbible.org

God does not hear, but certainly as evolved people he knows what other might need and want, yet some people ask for help and won´t do their part or see others are helping and setting favours in their paths. God is about faith and love, beyond this universe there are other, evolved and not so evolved who after death and through meditation can see him.

God hears all and is conscious all..... Your prayers are continually responded, no longer continually interior the time-physique we want, yet in Gods time.... And basically considering the fact which you ask, does no longer propose which you will get the respond which you somewhat want! sadly, be careful what you ask for, God has a wry humorousness and you basically might get it! Blessed Be!

The will of the Father is to believe Jesus.
I believe Jesus so I know it's God answering my prayers.
I also pray in the Name of Jesus, satan isn't going to come near that.

God hears every one's prayers, and he answers them all too. Whether the answer is yes or no, He still answers.

of course God hears all and knows all... that doesn't mean that He recieves all, or welcomes all. the bible says He resists the proud and gives grace to the humble. you can't call Him Lord until you make Him Lord... thats all that means.
