Shaving isn't a good way to treat for fleas, a $10 dose of Advantage would have been the better option (and it works for 6 weeks).
Keep the cat indoors and have some blankets around for him to sleep on. Extensive shaving of a cat is ONLY done if there's paint stuck in the fur or if the coat is so matted up that it's the only way to get the animal relief.

I've got news for you; shaving fur off doesn't get rid of fleas! Fleas live off BLOOD, not fur. Please let your poor cat's fur grow back, and don't shave it again - get some proper flea treatment from a vets!
You can probably get cat coats at Petsmart though I've never seen a cat who'd tolerate one.

PetSmart, or Ebay, but shaving the hair won't get rid of the fleas, it will just make any adult fleas visible to you. You need to give your cat a flea bath, and spray down or bomb your house. See link for more flea info
