does the Radeon has dual output like a dvi???

if u just have S video then get a very long S video cable and run from PC to Receiver or to TV

for sound then get a long cable and hook it up to there..
u need a 2.5mm jack to RCA.....

your graphic card also has a VGA output
you could use that and hook straight to u'r samsung for better picture.

Since your only good output on the 9200 is VGA, and your TV is HD, you will need to use it.
1. Get a 1 to 2 VGA "Y" adaptor so the 9200 can feed both the TV and the monitor.
2. Get a "stereo mini" to "RCA pair" cable for sound. Connect the mini side to the PC and the RCA side to your Onkyo on an auxillary input.
Voila!
(I see a trip to Radio Shack in your future...)
