I used to tape fishing line to things in his room (good enough to throw the idem across the room but loose enough to break free when i pulled it hard enough) run the lines into my room ,tucking them into corners so he didn't see them.I did it a couple times and he was freaking out until he wouldn't sleep in his room. then my parents busted me ,and I had to fess up.

Search up a scary website on google, then send it to him and make sure he goes to it. My brother peeed in his pants when I sent him this website.

you should get a group of your girlfriends togeather and hide at a certain place in the house and when he is least expecting it jump out and scare him
