I have a class with her once a week, and 2 weeks ago i started to talk to her we talk a little and she laughs alot and is very happy all the time, u know, and now its obvious she knows im interested, when we cross in hallways we say hi but its still a 'hi' with shyness i think she likes me too....so do u think its time to talk to her when i see her alone and ask her out or is it too soon, How to know when the time is right....?

don't flat out ask her to be your ladyfriend yet, but invite her on a date-like thing: coffee, lunch, grabbing dessert. It's not as datetastic as dinner or dancing, but it's a way to ease into a relationship and see how you're both feeling.

I think the time is right to ask her out...if you aren't totally sure, you could try and set up some kind of group date so it isn't too awkward.

I'd say if anything it's too late, you need to get on the ball, if she shows any interest that should be the q.
