I think the question should be more like "How many things can a non-existent god do?"
I'd say you'll die before you finish counting..so try not to lose count =D

the bible itself lists things God cannot do - like lie or deny himself [hebrews 6:18; 2 timothy 2:13; titus 1:2]. the reason he cannot do these things is because of his nature and the nature of reality itself. God cannot do what isn't actually possible to be done, like creating a two-sided triangle, or a married bachelor. just because words can be strung together this way does not make the impossible possible - these things are contradictions, they are truly impossible in reality

The book of James says only that God cannot lie or be tempted with evil.
God cannot overlook sin. Because He is just. That's why He sent Jesus to die for our sin.

He couldn't destroy the calvary of some army because they had copper chariots. I forget where in the Bible that is...

That depends on if you believe in him or not. I found out lots of things from reading the Bible, and from personal experience.
1. Lie
2.Cheat
3. Steal
4. Kill anyone for the fun of it
5. Force anyone to do anything against their will
Just some of the top 5 things that I think he can't do.

The Christian god cannot create a rock that is too heavy for him to lift. If he could create it then he would not be all powerful and if he could not create it he would not be all powerful. Either way he can't do it.

God cannot lie, God cannot break a promise or cease to exist.
As far as free will, God can manipulate an environment around someone to get them to do anything, and God can cause a person to love Him by the same means. I know some of you will hate this answer so go ahead, thumbeees down.

Since he gave us free will, he cannot make us love him, it has to be our choice. He cannot make us accept his free gift of eternal life. If you want a great story that illustrates this, email me. It's too long to copy & paste here, but it's worth it.

God can not sin.
God can not be illogically inconsistent.
God can not stop loving you, no matter WHAT bad things you do.
God can not love you any more than He already does, no matter WHAT good things you do.
God can not allow sin to go unpunished.
I'm sure there are others, but here's a few to "chew" on for awhile :-)
