What happens if a pro breaks a club in a tournament? Are they allowed to get a replacement?

Per rule 4.3, if the club is damaged during the normal course of play, the player can continue using the club, replace the club, or without due delay repair the club or have it repaired.

If the club is damaged outside of the normal course of play, the club cannot be used, replaced, or repaired.

Yes, Azfinfan is correct. If a club is broken under normal play you can replace it.

If you break a club in anger then you can't replace the club.
