Racy, dear it just depends on the people sending or recieving the flirt ! People are so lonely for true love that flirting just to be flirting is nasty !

I don't think it is safe to flirt with anyone you're not serious about. Some people are too fragile now days and could get hurt even if it is simple fun.

when women flirt...men usually take it otherwise...Yes that's true...when men flirt, men are just flirting cuz they know they can...and if you're a smart woman you'll know a man never means anything by it!
