G*D loves you;-} & made you for that reason.
He sent his Son Jesus to die for your sin, so you can be saved.
Just put the load of the world on His shoulders where it belongs.

Look out you window, look down at your feet, or at you hand. Look hard. Put away your thoughts, your worries, the little voice that wants to constantly remind you of trouble looming on the near horizon.
Look hard, see. Listen intently, hear. Breath easy slow breaths. Feel the air come in your nose, hold it for a fraction of a second, let it go out your mouth.
This little thing will show what I can not say. Do it, and see what happens. I wish you the best.

I don't really know if this will encourage you. First realize you/we are powerless over people ,places, and things. Second no human power has real control. Third God does and will if you ask him.
We are not responsible for the outcome of any given situation, we are only responsible for the effort we put forth to do God's will not our will.
You are not God, nor are you responsible for the whole world. Just put one step ahead of the other and walk with God. He'll be there, if you ask.

A little philosophy from Zen
Two priests on a hot dusty road, at a ford in the river they see a young maiden crying.
She explains she is going to her sister's wedding and has a new dress on, if she crosses the river it will get wet and soiled.
The old priest puts her on his back and piggy backs her across, puts her down and walks on.
The young priest berates him for his involvement in worldly affairs and the indignity of carrying a woman.
After several miles the Old priest turns to the young priest and says
"I put the girl down at the river, Why are you still carrying her?"

Believe it or not, some day the sun will shine on you and you will look back at this and laugh. Honestly, everyone has these kinds of days. No one is immune. Be a duck, let it all roll off your back. God will keep and protect you.

I am carrying burdens myself. I've been praying non stop for 2 days now about it all... The Lord knows my need. In the end, I passed them all over to him. They are his battles, not mine. I'm going to get of his way and let him do what he does best - straighten out my life. You can pass your's over as well. Many blessings.

Keep your chin up, understand that you are a wonderful person, there is no one out there like you.
Sometimes all the bad stuff that happens around us really makes us stronger. Every rose has it's thorns - Every life has it's woes.
*hugs*

" And I said wey hey hey it's just an ordinary day
and it's all your state of mine.
At the end of the day,
you just have to say it's alright..."
