Yes. While I do not know the current amount received in the current Iraq war, there are still 109 living recipients to date. You can check out:

this will not take you to the game by EA Games, rather the official website. They will also give you the explanation why the medal was conferred to each person.

Not many live to receive the Medal of Honor in any war.

So far non have lived to receive one in Iraq.

All three cases in OIF (2) and OEF (1) have been posthumously awarded.
