Why is it that some girls would rather go out with the uglier boys with the bad attitudes rather than the good looking guys with the better attitude or the smarter ones? Im seeing so much of it in my school - the girls go out with the ugly guys or the uglier guys that act like they are so hardcore and they hang out on the street too much? I dont get it. Some of the girls in my school, they even would go out with some of the guys that blatantly scratch their balls in school but because of their attitude they just fall for them. Do girls think very low of themselves or something? Will girls date the more smarter ones when they are older or will they still date the 'bad' ones?

Also, i have noticed that quite a few girls in my class have been pregnant or have babies because of them hanging around the 'bad boys', will they wise up too?

Some girls like the bad guy approach unfortuantely, and they usually get their hearts broke from them too. It is the nice guys who usually have to pick up the pieces later. Woman do have low self esteem, and don't pride themselves enough to see the gifts that the nicer guy has to offer. I have been there and had my heart broke. Now I am with a good looking guy who is nice and wonderful, but it took alot of hard lessons to see the beauty in front of me.

Personaly i think this is an image thing, if they think the guy has a good reputation they want to be seen with it to gain themselves one they dont care about the guy, the personality or anything its just shallow,
me i prefer the ones with a nice personality i dont care about looks even though that is a bonus ;) lol smile dont give a **** if thats happening at you school you will find someone who finds everything about u attractive :) x

It has something to do with being with a bad boy. But as you get older, you don't want that anymore. You want someone who is kind to you, will treat you well,ect. Wait a few more years until the girls see what jerks bad boys can be and know that's not how they want to be treated.

I look down on those girls too. :) they have no respect for themselves. i fall for good looking, sweet, and smart guys. some girls are just attracted to bad boys. for me...EW!
Most girls mature (eventually) and start liking the smarter ones. A lot of girls just go for the good looking ones though..

Girls like bad boys. I had my run-in w/ bad boys and i ended that when one hit me. Those girls will learn there lesson. As for you a good-looking, smart, nice guy. You would have to wait for a girl to like you for you. One will wise up and realize she doesn't need some low-life. Just keep your head up sweetie.

Yes we get smarter when we get older... liking the "bad boys" is something that I wish I would have never done.
On another note, though, attitude really IS everything.

It's nothing more than a phase. Now they date the "bad" boys and later they date the "good" boys. I'm just thankful I didn't end up with a "bad" boy myself!

well wen it cums to looks, sum girls dnt mind at all, all they want is a guy with a good personality...Doesnt mean you find a boy ugly and other girls will aswel..
Sum girls jus go with bad boys jus 2 be all cool...
And it not all abt smartness! if the guy has a good personality and is understandin enuf 4 the girl, she'll like him!

i really dont know why...maybe its because the boyz have too much attention and they want it too.but really when they get older we will take the smarter guys trust me! because we will need the guys when we marry, and when they have a really good job so all i can say is dont worry bout it.

It is the whole bad boy image that they are falling for. But hopefully they grow up & see that that isn't what makes them happy & they change their ways.
