No. Usually farm raised has more.
Wild fish can roam, but farm raised fish are kept close to shore. It's close to shore that all the pollution runoffs gather - that's why farm raised is not as good as wild.

I agree unquestionably with Isadora! have you ever appeared at farm raised salmon contained that may be purchased like Safeway, fortunate's, and so forth., and then appeared at wild Atlantic salmon? The farm raised salmon is fatty, and has nutrition coloring further to it, and that i don't have confidence the circumstances wherein they are "farmed." The wild Atlantic salmon is a darker, organic coloration with little or no, if any, fats, and are lots tastier. there are countless different fish that are farmed too! i got here upon a catalogue at my close by organic ingredients keep. It replaced into frightening. what's occurred besides? i will not have confidence that there are not adequate fish contained in the sea.

My health advisor says not to eat farm raised catfish because they are raised in stagnant,"cesspool" water. To each his own!

There has been much suspicion of fish raised in the orient.
